0:00When a client signs in LetSign, they pay on the same link. In this video, you'll connect Stripe, see what every client has paid, and follow up when a payment fails or runs late.

0:15First, connect Stripe. In Settings, under Integrations, click Connect Stripe and finish Stripe's onboarding. Once it says Connected, charges enabled, clients pay straight into your own Stripe account.

0:32Then open Payments. The Monthly chart shows what you've collected, what's expected, and what's at risk. Deals groups every signed deal by what its money is doing, and Act now lists the ones that need you.

0:50Each row tells you where a deal stands: paying, failed, overdue, unpaid, or not due yet, because the contract starts later.

1:00When a card fails, open the deal's menu. Retry the card now, or send a card update link so your client fixes it themselves. You can also email a payment link, log a call, or snooze it until a date.

1:18Better still, let LetSign chase for you. On the Team plan, open Settings, then Payments, and switch on Chase unpaid deals automatically. Clients who haven't paid get the payment link by email until they do.

1:35And you can always ask your assistant: Who hasn't paid this month? Claude lists the late deals, and can send each one a fresh payment link.

1:45That's payments: signed, charged, and followed up. Next up, inviting your team.

FAQ

Payments, answered.

How do clients pay in LetSign?

On the same link they sign. Once Stripe is connected, the client picks a package, signs and pays by card, and the money goes to your own Stripe account.

What happens when a client's card fails?

The deal shows as Failed on the Payments page. From its menu you can retry the card or send a card update link so the client fixes it themselves.

Can LetSign chase unpaid clients for me?

Yes, on the Team plan. Switch on Chase unpaid deals automatically in Settings, under Payments, and LetSign emails the payment link to clients who haven't paid.

What does Not due mean?

The contract starts on a later date, so nothing is owed yet. From the start date, an unpaid deal shows as Unpaid like any other.
