Credit every introduction. Pay partners on what clients paid.
Partner referral software for small teams. Give each partner a code and a link, credit them on the proposals they bring, and owe them fees only on what clients actually pay through your Stripe, excluding tax. Partners sign their agreement in LetSign and follow their deals in their own portal. Team plan, $19 per seat per month.
From introduction to paid fee, in five steps.
Add the partner
Pick a fee plan and LetSign sends your partner agreement, with their terms filled in. When they sign, they are active and get their code and portal.
They share their link
A proposal opened with ?ref=CODE is credited to the partner. You approve each referral, or let them through automatically. The first valid code wins.
The client signs and pays through your Stripe
Signing locks the partner's terms for that deal. Nothing is owed until money arrives.
LetSign works out the fee
On the amount that actually arrived, excluding tax, once your holding period has passed. A refund reverses the fee, even after you paid it, in the next statement.
Pay them, then mark it paid
Each month you get what you owe each partner, with a statement PDF and a CSV. You pay them your way, and the month is frozen once marked paid.
A partner program you can run in an afternoon.
Codes and links
Every partner gets a code. Their link credits them on any proposal, including links signed by many people.
Fee plans
A percentage for a number of months, a step-down, a one-off share, a fixed bounty, tiers or a cap. Save them as templates.
Referrals you approve
New referrals wait for your yes, or go straight through. Credit a partner yourself when they introduced a deal.
Statements and payouts
Monthly by default. Adjustments with a reason the partner can see. Mark a month paid and it never changes.
A portal for partners
Partners follow their deals, payments and forecast, and refer clients. They never see your proposals or your clients' details.
Agreements in LetSign
Start from our partner agreement or your own. Each partner signs theirs, with their rate and terms written in.
A partner fee, stated plainly.
Northbeam introduces Brightwave. Brightwave signs a $1,000 per month retainer. Northbeam's plan: 15% for 12 months, 30 days holding.
| MONTH | WHAT HAPPENED | PARTNER FEE |
|---|---|---|
| July | Brightwave pays $1,000. Owed after 30 days, then paid and marked paid. | $150 |
| August | Brightwave pays $1,000, then cancels. | $150 |
| October | July's payment is refunded. July stays as paid; the fee comes off October. | -$150 |
| Net | $1,000 actually kept, over three months | $150 |
Credit the introduction from the call notes.
"Sarah from Northbeam introduced Brightwave on the call. Credit her on the proposal, then show me what we owe partners for September."
Your agent suggests the partner when a call or email mentions an introduction, shows the expected fee, and waits for your yes. Marking a month paid asks too.
On Team, with no LetSign fee.
Partner referrals are part of the Team plan at $19 per seat per month, alongside commission plans and late payments chased for you. Partners never need a seat. LetSign tracks what you owe; you pay partners outside LetSign, your way. See pricing.
Frequently asked questions
When is a partner fee earned?
When a client pays an invoice through LetSign into your Stripe, on the amount excluding tax. It becomes owed once your holding period (none, 30, 60 or 90 days) has passed.
What happens on a refund?
The fee on that payment is reversed. If you already paid it, the reversal comes off the next statement, and the month you paid stays exactly as it was.
Can two partners claim the same deal?
No. The first valid code on a proposal wins, and a referral you reject stays rejected. You can always put the right partner on a deal yourself.
Do partners see my proposals?
No. In their portal, partners see each deal's name, status, payments and their fees. Never the proposal, its pricing page or your client's contact details.
Does LetSign pay my partners?
No. LetSign tells you what you owe each partner and when, with a statement for each period. You pay them your way, then mark the period paid.
What if I leave the Team plan?
Your partner program pauses. New referrals stop, but fees on deals partners already referred keep counting, and you can still review them and mark them paid. Nothing is deleted, and upgrading again picks up where you stopped.
