PAIRING - FATHOM

From the Fathom call to the signed contract.

Fathom records and transcribes the call. LetSign turns the agreement into a signed, paid contract. Your AI agent pairs the two: it reads the transcript through the Fathom MCP, then drafts the personalized proposal through the LetSign MCP. Personalized proposals close; generic PDFs stall.

HOW IT WORKS

From call to signed and paid in four steps

01

Record the call in Fathom

Fathom captures and transcribes the sales call the way it already does. Nothing about how you run the meeting changes.

02

Your agent reads the transcript

Through the Fathom MCP, your agent pulls the transcript and summary: the scope discussed, the price agreed, the objections raised.

03

It drafts via the LetSign MCP

The agent authors a personalized proposal in LetSign: the price you discussed on the cards, the objections answered in the terms.

04

You review; they sign and pay

You review and send. Your client opens a public link, picks a plan, verifies their email, signs a binding e-signature, and pays through your Stripe.

EXAMPLE PROMPT

"Draft the proposal for today's call with [client] using our retainer template - reflect what we discussed and agreed."

WHAT THE PAIRING UNLOCKS

Proposals that sound like the call

The same pattern works with other MCP-capable notetakers such as Granola and Fireflies, and it anchors the AI SDR stack.

Call-derived scope

The deliverables come from what was actually said on the call, not from a boilerplate scope block pasted into every deal.

The agreed price on the cards

The number you settled on in the call is the number on the pricing cards, with conditional options if you floated more than one.

Objections answered in the terms

If the client pushed on payment timing or exit terms, the draft addresses it in writing before they have to ask again.

Arrives while the deal is warm

The draft can be staged for your review right after the call ends, so the proposal lands while the conversation is still fresh.

WHY A PAIRING

The agent is the glue, and that is the point

There is no direct LetSign-Fathom connection to configure, and none is needed. An MCP-capable agent such as Claude connects both servers side by side and carries the context between them: what Fathom heard becomes what LetSign drafts. Because the pairing lives in the agent, nothing is hardcoded. Swap the notetaker or run the same flow from a different agent and the pattern still holds. The human send-gate stays in place throughout: the agent drafts and stages, you review and send, your client signs and pays. And every draft is also fully editable by hand in the LetSign app, with full parity to the MCP.

FAQ

Frequently asked

Is this a native Fathom integration?

No, and that is the point. There is no direct LetSign-Fathom connection to configure or maintain. An MCP-capable agent such as Claude connects the Fathom MCP and the LetSign MCP side by side and carries the call context between them. Because the agent is the glue, you can swap the notetaker or the agent without rebuilding anything.

What does the agent pull from the call?

Through the Fathom MCP, the agent reads the transcript and summary of the meeting: the scope you discussed, the price you agreed, and the objections the client raised. It then uses the LetSign MCP to draft a proposal that reflects those specifics, staged for your review rather than sent automatically.

Who actually sends the contract?

You do. The agent drafts and stages the proposal, but nothing sends itself: a human reviews and approves before it goes out. Your client then opens a public link, picks a plan, verifies their email, and signs a binding e-signature. You never sign; the client does.

How are payments handled?

Payments run through your own Stripe connection. The proposal can take a one-off payment, start a subscription, or save a card, and your client pays inside the same flow right after signing. A $0 option signs as a no-charge agreement without sending anything to Stripe.
